From our production site in West Sussex, Plysolene has been extruding thermoplastic sheet for over 40 years. Plysolene manufactures extruded sheets; HIPS, ABS and specialist polyolefines DPC and PIB.
Small lots, any colour and a rapid 7 day lead times have established PLYFORM-HIPS (high impact polystyrene) as a leading product in the POS, print, packaging and vacuum forming industries. PLYFORM-HIPS is available in gloss or matt surface finishes and in a range of grades including UV stabilised and anti-static.
PLYFORM-ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) is available in smooth and pinseal embossed. Any colour, small order quantities and production lead times from 14 days makes PLYFORM-ABS is an ideal material for vacuum forming.

HIPS (High Impact Polystyrene) is highly versatile, can be thermoformed, fabricated and printed. It has an excellent smooth, gloss or matt surface finish and is available in any colour. HIPS is ideal for Point of Sale (POS), print and display, vacuum forming and packaging.
Damp proof course with superior physical and chemical properties, including low temperature resistance. Plasticiser free, CE marked to EN 14909, and BBA approved. Stock of 20 metre rolls available, roll widths can be slit to suit customer requirements.
Ideal waterproofing membrane for pipework and ventilation ductwork, and used globally in oil refineries, chemical works and power stations. Great physical properties at low temperature and is easy to cut. Solvent-weld on site where difficult shapes are required.
